Short repeated tune🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼

‘I can’ , ‘I can’ , ‘I can’ , isn’t it short? Trust me , it is. But takes a long time to get the rhythm right. It’s exactly like learning to play a musical instrument, It Looks very simple when others play it.  You get on to play it, thinking you will get the hang of it , ‘just like that’ . Some may get it easily of course but I am sure everyone can get it with a little bit of focused practice .

The other day , in my Zumba session, we were made to dance in a circle facing each other (almost all of us are beginners in Zumba). The music was the same and the movement was the same but the challenge was not to look at each other ( tough everyone was just in ur eyes view). Was that difficult? I guessed not because I was constantly rehearsing my moves in my head…just as the music began and when all was well and in sync with the music, and I was successfully coping with my steps, my eyes accidentally looked at one of the dancers and as a reflex get my moves wrong( I am still not sure why I did that) but there is always space for recovery and In a fraction of a second I brought  back the focus to me and finished the dance to the tune.

This was one episode of dance rehearsal. The same happens day in and day out with the short sweet tune of ‘I can’. The less time I take to get in tune after a distraction , the better it is for me. I fully know it takes so much of grit to stay focused. To err is human, So I have stopped being hard on me and I pat myself each time I get into the tune quickly after a distraction. I am limitless and soon I may even bridge the gap of distraction and would always stay in harmony to the little tune that builds me.
